New Year’s Greetings to Foreign Experts

 

Dear Foreign Experts, Friends,

 

Time flows away as runningwater. On the occasion of the approaching of the New Year 2021, wewould like to extend sincere greetings and best wishes to foreign experts andfamilies who have made positive contributions to the modernization of Sichuan.

 

The year 2020 has been an extraodinarily unusual year. We have encountered severe challenges, worked together asa team，witnessed hardshipsand rainbows. We have made overallconsideration and effectively promoted the resumption of work and production ofthe enterprises, strived for a win-win outcome in both epidemic prevention andcontrol and in scientific and technological innovation. We have marched forward under the changing circumstance, tried our best toprovide management service to foreign experts during the epidemic preventionand control normal period, which creat sound environment forinnovation.

 

Distinguished experts and friends who come from different countries,take up different occupation and work in different position, care and supportthe constuction and development of Sichuan by wisdom and enthusiasm. You are not only participants in the vigorous development of Sichuan,witnesses to the rapid development of society, but also activepromoters of opening up and cooperation with the outside world. At the end ofthe year, the epidemic prevention and control situation remains grim. We wouldlike to remind you to continue to strengthen personal protection, maintain asafe social distance, pay close attention to official news, work with apositive attitude and enjoy life with an optimistic attitude.

 

In 2021, we will adhere to the concept of building acommunity of mankind with sharedfuture, implement a moreactive, open and effective policy, so as to create a betterenvironment for foreign experts to come to Sichuan for innovation and business.
